Senior Gymnastics Festival

Well done to the 30 Senior children that performed at the Hawkes Bay Gymnastics Festival.

Super 6 Sports Tournament

This is the second year that the Super Sixes Sports Tournament is being held.  It is three days of a range of different sport (individual and team) for our Year 6 students to compete in and strive to gain a medal.  Last year we had some medal winners!
It is to be held at the Hawkes Bay Sports Park, 13 -15th of September.

As we are a smaller school we are able to include some Year 5 students.
Entries need to be in by the end of August.
Therefore I would like to have these forms
back by the end of Term 2
so that teams can be organised and numbers finalised before entries are due.

·      Please note the time of the different sports means that in some cases you will need to decide one sport over another e.g Netball, rugby and football are all held on the same day.

·      However you may want to compete in more than one sport e.g rugby and basketball are on different days as are the athletics events.
Please indicate on the “Interest Form” attached if you are keen to take part in the Super 6 Tournament and please circle the sports you would like to compete in.

I can NOT promise you that you will be able to do the events that you circle.

Some experience and ability in the sport is required.

Sandra Cornelius
